How We Serve

We offer 1,100 units of quality, affordable, service enriched senior and family housing at eight sites in Dallas, Coppell, Carrollton, and Mesquite. We offer various ways to make the rental fit your budget. For more information, contact us.

Real estate management is contracted to Roscoe Property Management. Pace specializes in operating mixed income multifamily properties in the Dallas area. Our Directors establish policy and monitor Roscoe's performance in terms of maintenance, staffing, occupancy levels, collections, and above all, our mandate for quality and affordability.

We have a working relationship with the St. Vincent de Paul Society who will intervene if requested by tenants to assist them in resolving immediate and longer term needs.

Additionally, we partner with Catholic Charities of Dallas to provide services and property management at our St Jude Centers.  Through these properties, we provide those that are gaining stability in their lives with a quality place to live and the services to help them along their journey.
